A panel of local experts representing the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona (CFSA) will present Charitable Giving and Estate Planning. The various types of ways donors can give will be discussed, along with the operations of CFSA, their investment portfolio construction and monitoring process, and how Advisors can partner with them.

About the Moderator and Speakers:
Mark Rubin, Attorney, Rubin & Bernstein PLLC
Mark has been an attorney in Tucson for 37. His practice focuses on: business and real estate advising, transactions, and litigation; estate planning, probate (which includes administering estates and guardianships and conservatorships), and fiduciary services; and legal ethics, professional responsibility, discipline, and malpractice.
Mike Sullivan, CFA, TCI Wealth Advisors
Mike brings 38 years of experience providing comprehensive wealth management for high net worth individuals, families, foundations and endowments. Prior to joining TCI, Sullivan was the managing director for Tucson and the regional investment manager for the Western United States for BMO Private Bank.
Matthew Harrison, CFA, Harrison Wealth Management
Matthew is a registered investment advisor serving high net worth individuals and nonprofits. He designs customized investment solutions and financial plans for individual clients. He oversees all areas of the business including portfolio management, trading, managing employees, compliance and strategic business initiatives.
Mary Louise Luna, Director of Planned Giving, Philanthropic Services, Community Foundation for Southern Arizona (CFSA)
Mary Louise develops and implement strategies for CFSA asset development with a primary focus on deferred assets. She also develops and implements a comprehensive planned giving program. She also strengthens CFSA's relationship with the professional advisors: attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors. Mary Louise is responsible for all legal agreements regarding current and planned gifts to CFSA.
