for Today's Advisors"

Eileen Paddock
President & Founder

Elderflower Group

 Program Description:

In a rapidly aging America, planners who achieve a broader understanding of aging and caregiving can serve clients in a more meaningful way.

This presentation will help planners:

  1. Examine their personal biases towards aging, death and disability that can negatively impact client relationships.
  2. Serve older adults in a more respectful manner.
  3. Understand age-related physical and cognitive disabilities.
  4. Improve communication with older adults and family caregivers.
  5. Identify and refer family caregivers  to resources that will allow them to stay in the workforce, keeping  their financial goals on track.
